Joshua Berger is a Founder and Managing Partner at Century Partners Real Estate. He is a seasoned advisor to investors, tenants, developers and capital providers across the United States, having completed over $800 million in transaction volume over his career.
Joshua specializes in executing comprehensive real estate strategies for private owners, institutions and tenants of net-leased retail properties, including retail, QSR, gas stations, and pharmacy properties. In addition, he is experienced in advising owners/operators of both legacy and emerging retail brands in obtaining development capital through sophisticated real estate plays.
Joshua positions himself as a connector between the operators, investors, capital sources across the net leased market nationwide. In particular, he has extensive relationships with institutional investors including established REITs and private equity groups.
He has an established track record of success in completing sale-leaseback transactions, where he leverages a deep network of developers, owners, institutions and tenants to assist his clients in obtaining the lowest cost of capital in their portfolio expansions. In addition, he advises clients in their completion of complex mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to becoming a Partner at Century Partners, Joshua was an Executive Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews. Joshua graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and resides in Century City Los Angeles.
