An Atlanta-based car wash operator was looking to roll out a successful express tunnel concept across multiple states in the Southeast. Century Partners was engaged to source development financing from private, public, and institutional capital groups.
Century Partners advised the client to select a lender providing 105% loan-to-cost financing, which allowed the client to purchase the land, construct the building, install the equipment, and collect a self-development fee. Century Partners facilitated a $35M credit facility to fund the client's next five locations and provided institutional take-out offerings for the new development capitalization. The capital will be recycled through sale-leaseback to pay off the loan, then the process restarts to build additional stores.
Century Partners can assist with the initial funding of new store expansion, then recycle the capital to source new capital at potentially better terms.
