A rapidly expanding franchisee had signed an 80-unit development agreement with Tommy's Express Car Wash and needed help building new locations. Century Partners was engaged to match the client with three developer partners that could help ramp up new car wash openings across their territory.
Century Partners sourced a local developer with experience building for franchisees. The developer stepped in to complete two sites the franchisee had begun but not finished, and the development pipeline now stands at 16 sites to be completed over the next 24 months. Century Partners will list the forthcoming properties as they are developed.
Century Partners provided an alternative capital structure to help the operator open additional units.
