Matt Kramer is a Founder and Managing Partner at Century Partners Real Estate. He is a seasoned advisor to investors, tenants, developers and capital providers across the United States, having completed over $500 million in transaction volume over his career.
Matt specializes in executing comprehensive real estate strategies for private owners, institutions and tenants of net-leased retail properties. He is experienced in advising owners/operators of both legacy and emerging retail brands in obtaining development capital through sophisticated real estate plays.
He has an established track record of success in completing sale-leaseback transactions, where he leverages a deep network of developers, owners, institutions and tenants to assist his clients in obtaining the lowest cost of capital in their portfolio expansions. In addition, he advises clients to complete complex mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to founding Century Partners Real Estate, Matt was Vice President at Pegasus Investments with prior roles at Kidder Mathews and Charles Dunn Company. Matt graduated from the University of Oregon and began his commercial real estate career in 2015.
